Orange County sheriff's officials say the "Blue Note Bandit" has struck a 15th time, this time at a bank in Laguna Niguel. Authorities say the robber, who earned his nickname because he gives blue notes to tellers, demanded money Tuesday from a teller at a Home Savings of America branch. FBI agents say he has robbed 15 banks in Southern California since late November. It's not clear how much money he has taken.
