Security ... think about it!
I have come to the conclusion that, whatever the extent my thinking is in fact responsible for my physical condition, it is advantageous for me to “act as if” there is a strong correlation and begin to look inside for patterns of thoughts, behaviors, or beliefs which may not be serving me. It seems to me like the first and easiest line of defense. If I experience dis-ease, for which I cannot find a mental connection, I will then explore other available remedies.
