Nine shootings -- from pellet and BB guns -- have turned a Manhattan neighborhood into a shooting gallery, and cops can't seem to hold the fire. On Thursday night the shooter struck again. In recent weeks, police have arrested three people and confiscated two air guns, but the shootings continue, which means someone or some people are still on the loose.
