This is a little exercise that is used for people who want to be able to feel chi.
1. Press your palms together and rub your hands intently for a minute, shifting your palms back and forth against each other. While rubbing, thinking about the heat within your hands. There is a lot of energy being generated that is concentrated in this one area.
2. After a minute, separate your palms by an inch. Keep your palms facing each other.
3. Begin breathing while concentrating on the heat between your palms. Inhale and exhale a few times.
You will begin to feel pressure against the palms of your hands without your hands touching. Your hands may begin begin to move as you are inhaling and exhaling. The energy that is concentrated between your hands is chi.
