At 1:09 a.m., the victim was riding a motor scooter at Derby Ridge Road and Typhoon Court when the two men confronted him and one indicated he had a gun, police said. They demanded the victim’s scooter and other property and punched him. The victim was able to fight off the men, who ran away. Nothing was stolen from the victim, who received minor injuries, police said.
