Virginia State Police call off an amber alert for a teenager caught on camera being forced into a minivan. She was apparently fighting with her family because she didn't want to move to a different state. Police issued the alert after initially believing surveillance video showed the 17-year-old being abducted Saturday in a Target parking lot in Stafford County.
