True, he did add that the job was more than being a tough guy when talking to reporter Steve Schmidt in a recent story about the race. He also told Schmidt, “I worked the streets with the FBI. I don’t think either of them ever got into a shootout and had to kill someone. I did that. I stormed hijacked planes. I did all that stuff.” To be frank, it’s a little disturbing to hear a man spout off his kill tally when running for elected office.
