When the shooting starts, police say a bullet grazed Evans's wig and it flies off. Evans tries to run out of the store, but trips over the rug and falls. He had the gun in his hand and got another round off. The owner continues to fire. Police says when he fell on the ground, "we believe that's when he ended up with the three rounds in him."
