Inside the Palms’ Key West ballroom, organizers have recreated some of California’s most infamous crimes using evidence, photos and videos from the scenes. Guests will able to inspect the bullet-riddled getaway car from the 1997 North Hollywood bank robbery and shootout between police and two heavily armed men. Mannequins have been outfitted with the weapons and body armor used by the men and shell casings line the floor of the display.
