Detectives have charged, Justin Smith, a security guard at Club VIP with second degree murder. He told detectives he fired "at least 12 shots" into Douglass Smith's car because he thought smith was trying to run him over. But surveillance video from, The Ponderosa Club, next door showed that wasn't true. A police affidavit says detectives reviewed the video and found Smith's car never swerved towards the security guard to place him in fear of his life.
