ANCHORAGE - Anchorage police have arrested a 16-year-old boy in connection with two pipe bombs and an improvised grenade allegedly found in his backpack at his home. The unnamed youth has been charged with one count of misconduct involving weapons, third degree, and misconduct involving a controlled substance, sixth degree, police said.
