A Waterloo man is charged with Terrorism after a shooting Tuesday afternoon. At 3:43 p.m. the Waterloo Police Department was called to 905 Logan Ave on a report of a shooting. Witnesses at the scene told officers that three shots were fired, and one shot hit the house.
