Seattle City Council President Richard Conlin says he likes Mayor Greg Nickels' proposed ban of guns on more than 500 city-owned properties. Conlin also says state Attorney General Rob McKenna's opinion that Seattle lacks the legal authority to ban guns on its properties is wrong.
